Certify BC3 PROGRAM DETAILSThe primary mission of the, private and independent, Cox Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Literacy Institute for Research is to develop services and resources that empower anyone with essential foundation knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, web3, and the digital economy. Cox Cryptocurrency Literacy Institute provides research services for the development of Cryptocurrency Core Competencies (C3).
The institute is named for Professor Leonard W. Cox, CEO and founder of Zengage Learning, which publishes the Cryptocurrency Core Competencies (C3) program that prepares participants to pursue personal development and career advancement opportunities in the cryptocurrency industry and markets. Cox Cryptocurrency Literacy Institute sponsors Cryptocurrency Core Competencies (C3).
Mr. Cox began teaching as an adjunct professor at the age of 23. After finishing the MIT Sloan MBA Program, Professor Cox completed MIT's Doctoral Program in Computational Science and Engineering (CSE PhD) and then went on to attain the Doctor of Education Leadership (Ed.L.D.) at Harvard University. For most of his life, he has been a tireless community advocate; developing, administering, and teaching programs at several colleges and universities; and establishing technology certification training programs in partnership with some of the largest non-profit organizations; including the American Red Cross and the Salvation Army.
Cox Cryptocurrency Literacy Institute is comitted to advancing Cryptocurrency Core Competencies.
Professor Cox pursued his interest in finance in 1985 by starting the National Institute of Finance in Boston, Massachusetts. In 1990, he went to California and began a career as a financial advisor with Investors Diversified Services (IDS), which was part of American Express (AMEX).
Remaining true to his commitment to community empowerment, he founded, the first and original, Forex Business School (FBS) in 2003; FBS is the predecessor to Certify C3 (Cryptocurrency Core Competencies). By 2006 FBS had participants across 17 countries; that same year, Forex Business School was sold as education franchises. As stated in a 2006 press release, "The primary goal of FBS is to increase the percentages of winning FOREX traders by providing comprehensive academic preparation via online training and supplemental resources."
Today, the staff at Zengage Learning continues the Cox mission and legacy by offering Cryptocurrency Core Competencies (C3); in the spirit of Forex Business School (FBS). Cox Cryptocurrency Literacy Institute supports Cryptocurrency Core Competencies.
